Agreement

By accessing or using FinTracker at https://fintracker.stellitron.com, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service. Stellitron ("we", "us") provides FinTracker as a personal finance tracking tool.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

The service

FinTracker helps you track net worth, import bank data, manage budgets, invoices, and related financial information. Features may change over time. The app is for personal organization and informational purposes only — it is not tax, legal, or investment advice.

AI-generated suggestions and categorization may be inaccurate. You should verify important financial decisions with qualified professionals.

Your content

You retain ownership of data you upload or enter. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the service, including backups and collaboration features you enable.

You agree not to upload unlawful content or use the service to violate any law or third-party rights.

Collaboration

If you invite a collaborator (e.g. an accountant), you control what they can access. Collaborators must use shared data only for the purpose you authorize. We may log collaboration activity for security and audit purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Attempt to access another user's data without permission.
• Use the service to distribute malware or spam.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STELLITRON AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF YOU USE A FREE TIER).

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
