FinTracker ("we", "us") is operated by Stellitron. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our personal finance application at https://fintracker.stellitron.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — email address, password (stored securely by our auth provider), and profile preferences such as display name, currency, and locale.
• Financial data you provide — bank and credit card transactions, account names, budgets, goals, holdings, invoices, salary records, and documents you upload (statements, payslips, invoice PDFs).
• Usage data — basic logs needed to operate the service (e.g. sign-in events, errors). We do not sell your data.
• Collaboration data — if you invite an accountant or accept an invite, we record who has access and activity such as workspace visits or document views, as configured by the account owner.

How we use information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the app (dashboard, sync, budgets, invoices, AI advisor features).
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Process imports, categorization, and reports you request.
• Send service emails you opt into (e.g. sync reminders, collaboration invites).
• Improve reliability and fix bugs.

Third-party services

We use trusted providers to run FinTracker, including Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), email delivery (Resend), and optional AI or market-data APIs when you use those features. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms and only as needed to deliver the service.

If you sign in with Google, Google shares your email and basic profile with us according to your Google account settings and our OAuth configuration.

Data retention and security

Your data is stored in encrypted infrastructure. You can delete your account data by contacting us; some logs may be retained briefly for security and legal compliance.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. Contact us at contact@stellitron.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
